In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
- The goods are unused, in the original condition and in the original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
Defective goods are eligible for a full refund or replacement at no cost to the customer. Please email a request for refund or replacement along with photos of product defect.
Unwanted items (discounted items excluded) are eligible for refund and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping fees by customer. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
